Fabulous stay
Fabulous place with a wonderful host (Jackie). We were offered an upgrade to a suite which we kindly accepted for a small fee. Had a beautiful large suite with views over the estuary. Super comfy bed and great spa bath. Wonderful breakfast served in the suite which was a nice touch. Building has been restored with an eclectic feel which goes really well with the style of property. Jackie was really helpful and informative and a perfect host. Ample off street parking and a few minutes walk gets you into the centre and to the promenade. Had dinner at the estuary bistro which was excellent also. Highly recommend if you're in the area and it's only 5 mins (£8) taxi fare to Cartmel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel was great and nicely decorated. The host Jackie is so lovely; very we welcoming and helpful; couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious. Good parking, good location etc I wouldn't hesitate to go back :)

Superb b and b - dog friendly rooms
This beautiful B and B surpassed all expectations. Gorgeous funky modern decor, luxurious bathroom and our own kitchen and living area were an unexpected upgrade. Scrupulously clean and comfortable throughout with top notch breakfast choices - well cooked, hot, using locally sourced ingredients and delivered to our room - Nigel's kimchi special is inspired. Superb attention to detail with a warm and knowledgeable host in Jackie - nothing was too much trouble.
Seriously impressive.
A perfect base for a walk along the promenade or through the lovely town (we visited thyme out and the chocolate shop) and for a trip to Cartmel.

Wow! A fantastic room with a surprise upgrade. Wish we could have stayed longer to use all the facilities. Jacuzzi bath. Infra red sauna fully equipped kitchen, lounge area all in our room!

this was our second visit to the Grange Boutique, and it will not be the last! this place is something very special indeed, the luxurious rooms and absolute attention to detail should not be overlooked... we have stayed in both the Butterfly Suite and Lilac Cottage, both are just exquisite, and worth every penny... it is clear that Jackie and the team have worked tirelessly hard to create such a B&B masterpiece, in the tranquil village of Grange over Sands, on the doorstep of the Lakes in North Yorkshire! nothing will ever beat the feeling of a day walking/boating/exploring around Lake Windermere (a short 20 mins drive away), in the warm summer sun, and returning here for your own private spa bath and infrared sauna.. followed by a Michelin star meal in Cartmel (again only 5 mins away!)

This was our first visit to the Grange Boutique and we will most definitely be staying again! We booked the 'Butterfly suite' and it was simply perfect. We arrived to a very warm friendly welcome and were shown to the private entrance to our room. We were then given a 'tour' of the room and the shown how to use the sauna and spa bath etc. The room come with a fully equipped kitchen with prosecco and wine in the fridge at a very reasonable cost. There was a very useful list of all of the local restaurants and taxis in the room. We booked a beautiful cosy pub for dinner called the cavendish arms in Cartmel (5 minute taxi journey away). We were advised that breakfast would be brought to the room for us in the morning which was a lovely addition! The breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much for our stay, we can't wait to come again x

Absolutely fantastic place ! The owners have thought of everything and it's so comfortable and warm . Jackie is especially lovely and makes you feel right at home from the minute you arrive . Lovely, lovely place to stay! Friendly and helpful owners, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious, comfotable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast, served in our room , was delicious, freshly cooked and delivered with a smile!
This experience was gifted to us by our children as a Christmas present and went beyond our expectations, we would love to stay again.
We were impressed with the owners' passion for the Hotel and their future plans for it through refurbishment - no expense spared!

I can not recommend The Grange Boutique Hotel highly enough. We stayed in Lilac cottage. This apartment offers luxury , comfort with perfectly designed eccentric decor. Clean, quiet and homely.

Jackie the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. What we particularly enjoyed was breakfast served in our apartment which was delicious, perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. We can highly recommend Nigel's signature dish too.

Unique decor which I loved. Smart TV so we didn't miss F1 qualifying! Breakfast was amazing and kept us going all day. Location couldn't have been better central to restaurants and shops and for us a family party.

The first thing that strikes you about the Grange Boutique is its picturesque location in Grange-over-Sands. Upon entering it's immediately obvious that the owners take extreme pride in their rooms and service, and it shows even more over the duration of your stay.
Jackie's service is impeccable, and the Butterfly Suite is unlike any other room I've stayed in. To top it all off, the cooked breakfast we enjoyed was made up from delicious, locally sourced meat. Overall our stay here was an amazing experience, and really made a birthday weekend something special. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Lake District.

Stayed here for two nights and of all the many hotels I've stayed in across the world, this has been one of my favourite. The butterfly suite was perfect. It has the most comfortable bed, a great jacuzzi and I loved getting the breakfast delivered to our room. There's even your own personal sauna in the room. The red wine left (and drank) in the room was one I will be actively looking for again, even the toast was gorgeous. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. Super cute wee town with many other cute towns well worth exploring nearby. This was a very relaxing stay. ❤️

What can say! Absolutely fantastic, Butterfly Suite was fantastic, room was beautiful and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in, did not want to leave, the village and area was beautiful, lots of places to eat and a few nice pubs.
