Since temporarily closing our doors, we have been working hard in the background making further improvements to the Hotel, adapting our operations so that we can ensure the safety of both our guests and small team of staff.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff remains our highest priority. Therefore, in line with government and industry advice, we have put a number of new measures and procedures in place. In the short term there will be some changes to how we operate in order to be able to implement social distancing to deliver the warm and personal service we strive to provide.
We have adapted our booking system for reservations made directly with the Hotel, to offer greater flexibility to guests should they need to postpone or cancel their reservations over coming months and any deposits paid may be moved to a future date if required.
We will continue to update and evolve our policies to reflect the ongoing government and medical advice, customer feedback and industry best practice.
Our building has the benefit of several different entrances. Some of our Deluxe Suites/ Apartments and Rooms have Exclusive Private Entrances.
We will be maintaining our Covid Cleaning Protocol throughout 2021 and we will continue to wear face coverings when we meet and greet our guests, and serve breakfasts.
