The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking. Full payment will be taken from the card provided at time of booking. If the card fails to work then the booking is not confirmed. Please be aware there are Extra Terms and Conditions when booking the Deluxe Suite/apartment.

We do not accept American Express or Cheques*
If you book direct a deposit of the first night stay and any pre-ordered extras is required at the point of booking. The full balance to be paid on day of arrival. The booking must be made by the person who is to be the guest and payment must be made by that persons card. You will be asked to provide that card on check in, if this card is not available you will be asked to produce another card in your name where the full amount of the booking will be charged. The original card used will then be refunded in full. Unfortunately if you are unable to provide a card in your own name we will not be able to honour your booking.
Vouchers used for bookings must be redeemed on checkin otherwise the full amount will be charged on check in.
Check in is from 2.30pm until 9.00pm.Check out is by 11am
Grange Boutique is a completely Smoke free, this applies to all Guests Rooms, Patio & Outside Areas. There is a designated Smoking area if you wish to smoke, please enquire on arrival.
We are unable to accommodate infants and children unless pre agreed All rooms are for a maximum of 2 people unless stated or pre agreed.
We are a Dog friendly Hotel, however we need to know when booking if you are bringing your dog with you. There is a surcharge which will be added to your bill. The management reserves the right not to accept all dogs and in particular aggressive or badly behaved dogs will be turned away. There is a maximum of one medium/small dog per room. Some rooms/suites are exclusive and dogs are not allowed in all rooms. Regrettably we do not allow puppies under 12 months old.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the accommodation onto the registered debit/credit card on the day of arrival.
For all bookings made via a booking site we will obtain a pre-authorisation at the point of booking or a deposit to the value of the first nights stay will be processed..
For all bookings made via a booking site which is on a non refundable rate, the full amount will be taken at the point of booking.
For all bookings made on an Advanced Purchase Rate, full payment will be processed at the time of booking. Advanced Purchase Rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The hotels terms and conditions supersede those of all booking agents in the case of a dispute.
Any pricing errors that may occur on any 3rd party booking sites will be rectified and brought to the customers attention & charged as per the correct hotel tariff on day of arrival.
The Management reserves the right to refuse reservations at their discretion in unusual circumstances
If you wish to cancel your booking please advise us as soon as possible. All cancellations must be put in writing either by letter or email.
For all bookings:
Cancellation made more than 2 days before arrival will receive a refund of amount paid, except for Bank Holiday periods when 10 days notification is required.
Cancellations within 2 days of arrival or if in the case of a no show will be charged the full amount.
If we are then able to resell the room on the same terms the monies recouped less £20 administration will be refunded to you. Please Note: Bank Holiday bookings require a 10 day notification of cancellation.
We strongly recommend that holiday insurance be taken out.
Guests booking on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate will be charged that rate even if dinner is not taken.
