Steve & Hayley Hallsworth have purchased the property as of 3rd November 2025.
Nigel & Jackie are no longer involved or own the business and have emigrated to Canada.
In the 1870’s Grange Boutique was built as a family home by James Ward, owner of the local quarry, inventor of asphalt, and proud purchaser of the 4th Rolls Royce off the production line in 1906. A beautiful restoration program is ongoing, blending the charming character of this 1870’s building with all the modern expectations of todays must have’s.
