Check In / Check Out
CHECK IN
Check In is available from 3.00pm daily until 8.30pm. If you require an earlier Check In please call Reception on 015395 33076 and we can arrange this for you. If you will be arriving after 8.30pm, please call Reception to inform your approximate arrival time, as the Main Entrance does close at 8.30pm and we will have to arrange for a member of staff to check you in. Thank you.
CHECK OUT
Check Out is currently 10.30am. If you require a Late Check Out please call Reception on 015395 33076 to arrange, there is a Late Check Out Surcharge of £20 in some circumstances. Whilst we are still in the current Covid Pandemic, we are unable to offer a Late Check Out Service. Many apologies.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
If you need to store your Luggage, either before Check In or after Check Out, please call Reception on 015395 33076 and we can arrange this for you free of charge.
TRANSPORTATION
If you arriving by train at Grange Railway Station and need to arrange collection, please call us on 015395 33076 and we can arrange this for you.
